COOKIE POLICY
Last updated September 27, 2026
This policy explains how Keyco Tech Ltd., which operates KeycoBoard, uses browser storage on https://www.keycoboard.com. For information about the apps and service providers, read our Privacy Policy.
Your choices
Website analytics is optional. We load PostHog only after you allow analytics in the Cookie Consent Manager. You can choose necessary storage only and continue to browse, read support information and download the apps.
Open Cookie settings in the website footer at any time to change your choice. Withdrawing consent stops new analytics collection and clears the website’s stored PostHog identity and attribution. It does not erase events already received by analytics providers. Contact us if you want to make a data request.
We do not run advertising pixels or marketing cookies.
Necessary storage
These entries support your choices and navigation, independently of analytics consent.
| Entry | Storage | Purpose and lifetime |
|---|---|---|
cookie-consent | Local storage | Remembers your consent choice until you change it, clear browser data, or a new consent version requires a new choice. |
home-scroll:* | Session storage | Restores the homepage story position on reload. Cleared when the browser ends the tab’s session. |
Local storage does not have an automatic cookie-style expiration date. You can remove these entries through your browser’s website-data settings.
Optional analytics storage
PostHog helps us understand page visits, download-link clicks, invitation-page visits and campaign sources. Download clicks indicate interest; they do not confirm installation or purchase. Website visitors have an anonymous browser identifier; we do not link it to an app account on this website.
| Entry | Storage | Purpose and lifetime |
|---|---|---|
ph_* | Local and session storage | PostHog browser identity and session state. Cleared on consent withdrawal or when you clear website data; session entries also follow the browser’s session lifetime. |
keyco-analytics-attribution | Local storage | Stores sanitized first-touch and recent campaign fields. The recent campaign expires after 30 days; first-touch fields remain until withdrawal or browser-data removal. |
| PostHog consent preference | Local storage | Records whether SDK capture is allowed. This preference is not an analytics event. |
We allow only selected page and campaign fields. We do not enable automatic click collection or session replay. Invitation codes, input text, email addresses and URL query strings are not intended analytics fields. PostHog may derive location information from incoming requests. See PostHog’s privacy policy.
During the transition to PostHog, Google Analytics may also be enabled to compare page-visit trends. It uses the same optional analytics choice. Google Analytics uses _ga and _ga_* cookies for browser and session measurement, normally with a two-year expiration that can be renewed on visits. Withdrawing consent disables new measurement; you can remove existing Google Analytics cookies in your browser settings. We disable advertising personalization and Google signals in our integration. See Google’s privacy policy.
Browser controls
You can remove or block website storage in your browser settings. If storage is unavailable, we keep analytics disabled. Your download links and website content remain available.
Updates and contact
We update this policy when the website’s storage or analytics implementation changes. The date above identifies the latest update. For questions, contact hello@keycoboard.com.
