REFUND POLICY

This Refund Policy explains how cancellations and refund requests are handled for KeycoBoard purchases. KeycoBoard is operated by Keyco Tech Ltd. (“KeycoBoard,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

The rules that apply depend on where you completed your purchase. Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights available under the laws that apply to you.

1. PURCHASE CHANNELS

Apple App Store purchases

Purchases completed through the Apple App Store are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple’s applicable media services, billing, cancellation, and refund rules. Apple makes the final decision on App Store refund requests.

To request an App Store refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com. To manage or cancel an App Store subscription, follow Apple’s subscription cancellation instructions.

Web purchases processed by Paddle

Web purchases are sold and billed by Paddle, which acts as the authorized reseller and Merchant of Record for the transaction. Paddle processes the payment, applicable taxes, receipts, subscription billing, cancellations, and refunds for these purchases.

Paddle web purchases are subject to the Paddle Buyer Terms and Paddle Refund Policy in effect when the transaction occurs. You can manage a subscription through the link in your Paddle confirmation email or request billing help at paddle.net.

2. SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION

Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Cancellation prevents future renewal charges and normally takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period, unless the applicable purchase channel or law requires otherwise. Canceling a subscription does not automatically refund a charge that has already been processed.

• For an Apple App Store subscription, follow Apple’s subscription cancellation instructions.
• For a Paddle web subscription, use the subscription management link in your Paddle confirmation email or visit paddle.net.

You should use the management flow for the channel where you originally purchased the subscription.

3. REFUND REQUESTS

Unless required by applicable law or the rules of the applicable purchase channel, digital purchases are generally non-refundable.

• Apple App Store refund requests must be submitted to Apple.
• Paddle web refund requests must be submitted through the Paddle receipt or at paddle.net and are evaluated under Paddle’s current Refund Policy.

Country-specific withdrawal, cancellation, or refund rights may apply. The applicable purchase channel will assess those rights based on the transaction details and the buyer’s location.

If you cannot access KeycoBoard after a completed purchase, contact hello@keycoboard.com so we can investigate delivery or entitlement issues. Contacting KeycoBoard does not replace a refund request that must be submitted to Apple or Paddle.

4. LIFETIME PURCHASES

A lifetime purchase is a one-time purchase that unlocks the applicable KeycoBoard entitlement for the supported lifetime of that product. It is not a recurring subscription. Refund eligibility for a lifetime purchase is determined by the purchase channel’s policy and applicable law.

5. EFFECT OF A REFUND OR PAYMENT REVERSAL

If a purchase is fully refunded, reversed, charged back, or otherwise invalidated, the related paid entitlement may be revoked. Any remaining access required by applicable law will be honored.
